Site Inspection
Site inspection is a useful way to assess and manage the health & safety needs of your workplace – whether it's in an office, factory, construction site, school, retail outlet or hotel. It serves to monitor compliance and engage ‘in person’ to encourage a health & safety culture at your location. Health and Safety Kent offer this service to ensure you are adhering to current HSE regulations, and to identify any possible weaknesses so that we can provide you with an extensive report detailing any improvements that can be made to make your site fully compliant with health & safety law.
Making Your Space Safer
Depending on the location, a site inspection typically takes 1-2 hours and is conducted by a certified health & safety professional who is friendly, approachable and will arrange the appointment to meet your requirements.
Upon site inspection completion, the Health and Safety Kent Inspector will verbally discuss findings with the Site Manager with an idea of improvements required and timescales to complete them. A report will then be created that is written clearly and will include colour photographs of areas of concern c improvements that you can implement to make your workplace safer. This report will be drawn up and sent via email within 5 working days of the inspection.
